On Wednesday 9th July, we were thrilled to host the annual ÂÌñ»»ÆÞ Sports Awards – an unforgettable night dedicated to recognising and celebrating the outstanding sporting achievements of our students throughout the academic year.
The evening began with a formal awards presentation, where students were honoured for their hard work, dedication, and sporting success across a wide range of disciplines. A special highlight was the ‘Year in Review’ video, showcasing key moments, team triumphs, and individual milestones that truly captured the spirit of sport at Wickersley.
Following the awards, students enjoyed a meal from local street food vans, providing the perfect opportunity for students and staff to reflect on the year’s successes in a relaxed and celebratory setting. The night ended on a high with plenty of dancing and photo opportunities from the WPT Media Team, a well-deserved reward for all the commitment and teamwork shown throughout the year!
